Our leadership team brings solid experience and a firm commitment to delivery of our Clients’ projects.
Over 19 years oil and gas experience. Ola serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director. Prior to assuming his current position, Ola served in various capacities at Hewlett Packard; an American multinational corporation for years, championing various developments before founding Ariosh in 1997.
Ola holds MBA from Rice University and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer with COREN and a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers.
Dr. Julius Aniyi joined Ariosh in July 2017 with 35 years’ post-graduation experience; 20 of those years were in the Oil and Gas Industry. His Oil and Gas experience includes Project Quality Management, Engineering Design, Materials Selection, Welding Fabrication, Development Planning, Corrosion Management and Control, and Contract Development / Management. Prior to joining the Oil and Gas Industry, Dr. Aniyi had about fourteen (14) years of graduate /post graduate teaching and research development experience in Nigerian Universities with special emphasis on production engineering.
Dr. J. A. Aniyi has Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, M.Sc. Production Engineering and B.Eng. Metallurgical Engineering. He is COREN registered and Member Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigerian Metallurgical Society and Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Oyebamiji A.S. joined Ariosh in Feb 2018 with 33 years post-graduation experience; 28 of those years were in the oil and gas industry. His oil and gas experience includes project engineering, offshore and onshore construction supervision and management. Oyebamiji A.S. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Billy Graham joined Ariosh in 2014 with over 35 years of offshore oilfield construction experience; 25 of those years were spent delivering projects in Nigeria. Prior to joining Ariosh, he was the General Manager of Fabrication at NigerDock and was pivotal in setting up the Grinaker fabrication yard – one of the largest fabrication yards in Nigeria. In Nigeria alone, Billy has delivered multiple EPC projects worth up to $700 million.
Bako serves as General Manager, a position assumed in February 2013, having served as the company’s Operations Manager since 2005. He is an accomplished management professional with a strong background in transformational change, global strategy and high impact ‘customer focused’ interventions.
Bako has M.Sc in Project Management from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a member of Project Management Institute and a registered professional engineer with COREN. He has over 12 years oil and gas experience.
In his role as Engineering Manager, Yusuf leads a multidiscipline engineering office with a consistent record of successful project delivery. He has delivered many capital projects for more than 11 years in the oil and gas industry. Yusuf brings a wealth of EPCI experience covering Onshore and Offshore (Topside and Subsea) oil and gas facilities. He is a member, Nigerian Society of Engineers and a certified IRCA Quality Management System Auditor.
Kehinde has over 11 years of oil and gas experience managing engineering and construction projects. He has created core operational strategies and significantly improved our projects delivery. He has acquired a wealth of management experience in engineering and construction projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He is a registered engineer with COREN, member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and Project Management Institute.
Wendy leads the company’s Human Resources organization. She brings a comprehensive hand-on experience with a broad range of HR expertise. Some of these competencies include Employee Relations Management (ERM), strategic workforce planning, Benefit Administration, Talent Sourcing, Succession Planning, Training and Development as well as management guidance in support of project execution, business development and operations delivery.
Segun Ipinmoroti serves as Ariosh’s Business Development Manager; responsible for sales, marketing and strategic planning. He has served the company in a number of executive assignments in-country and at international locations. Segun is a Business professional with many years of industry experience in corporate branding, strategic planning and business negotiation in all aspects of EPCI. After a successful career working on Systems and Process Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte, he was appointed to his current position in July 2011.
Over 9 years administration experience. She oversees operational support, ensuring effective information flow and that resources are employed efficiently throughout the organization. She is a seasoned administrator with an eye for detail and a penchant for structure and organization. She has a fine-tuned, custom-built, systematic approach to organizing that best suits the high standards typical of Ariosh.
Doyin Olaniran serves as Corporate Development Manager, responsible for enhancing the company’s image and reputation with internal and external audiences, a position assumed in July 2015. He is currently in charge of the ongoing corporate management office transformation project. He is also responsible for corporate planning and development, stakeholder engagement and communication. Prior to his current position, he was Proposal Manager, a position he held since February 2014.
Ponle serves as the Business Acquisition Manager responsible for prioritizing the implementation of Ariosh’s business efficiency and transformation initiatives. Given his passion for completeness and perfection, he is responsible for negotiating, seeking out, finalizing, and organizing contract deals for the company. In view of his result-oriented performance, Ponle has held various positions since joining the company in 2006. Prior to his current position, he was the Contracts and Procurement Manager with an excellent reputation for delivering proven procurement and contracting strategies to substantially reduce supply chain cost. Ponle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Ilorin.
Abolade Olawoyin, a certified accountant, has served as Corporate Finance Manager since June 2012; He leads Ariosh’s financial, audit, investor relations, compliance and ethics functions. Abolade has over 10 years of accounting and finance experience. Prior to joining Ariosh, he spent 5 years at Deloitte Nigeria serving as advisory consultant for finance and tax management. Abolade holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Deoye has over 10 years legal experience in corporate law, commercial law and capital market related matters. He possesses an unquestionable flair for brokering and achieving a smooth outcome of complicated negotiations. Prior to joining Ariosh, he was an associate at Banwo and Ighodalo where he actively participated in several capital market transactions, contract negotiations and provided legal advisory services to both domestic entities and international oil companies. He was also the Assistant Legal Adviser and Acting Company Secretary at Acorn Petroleum Plc. He has been involved in several major capital market transactions including bond issuances by State governments and corporate entities.
